Terms and Conditions Opinary Refferal Program

After a referred qualified publisher has completed the trial period phase and is contractually committed as a paying customer, the referrer is entitled to a fixed fee of €2,000 as well as €700, which Opinary will donate to a charity of their choice. The bonus and the donation apply to each newly submitted contact. There is no limit.
The referral bonus is subject to statutory tax obligations.
Referral Process:
Type of Publisher:
A qualified publisher is defined as follows:
Publisher or operator of content-driven websites.
The minimum number of clicks on the website should exceed 300,000 per month.
Appropriate Decision Makers:
The referred contacts should have a position that enables them to influence or directly make decisions about the use of Opinary within their organization.
Type of introduction:
The referral should introduce the Opinary team via call, email or chat and arrange an initial meeting with the referred publisher.
Payment terms:
Referral rewards are paid within 90 days after the referred publisher has successfully committed to becoming a paying Opinary customer, subject to verification by Opinary
Payments are processed via the payment method selected by the referrer during the registration process.
Provided Marketing materials:
We support you with all the necessary data and information materials to pass on our offers convincingly.
Period of the validity of the recommendation:
Each publisher introduced by the referrer has a period of one year from the date of the referral to become a paying customer of Opinary. If the referred publisher does not use our services within this period, the referral will be no longer valid, and the referrer will not be eligible for the referral reward associated with that particular recommendation.
Responsibility of the referrer:
Please only introduce us to contacts if they have previously agreed to be introduced and contacted.
